UpCountry Brewing is a small, local brewery in West Asheville. This spot includes our 7bbl brewery, our Taproom with over 20 beers available at any time, some kickass pizza from our friends at Grata Pizzeria, and everything shown in this online store. All sales of products, whether merch, beer, wine, spirits, apparel, etc, occur at this West Asheville location whether they are initiated in person or via this online store. You the buyer are visiting our online listing of items and agree that your purchase of UpCountry products happens right here in Asheville, North Carolina.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol Products. You represent to us that you are indeed 21 or older. Someone over the age of 21 will be required to be present at the time of pickup. Currently all alcoholic beverages are not being shipped and must be picked up at our West Asheville Taproom.
PICK-UP AND SALE LOCATION: All sales of products are completed at our West Asheville taproom located at 1042 Haywood Rd, Asheville, NC 28806.
LOCAL PICKUP: Orders will be available for pickup at the UpCountry Taproom in West Asheville within 1 hour. Please check our website for hours or operation. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup; please do not come to pick it up until you receive confirmation that order is ready. Bring your ID and order number with you for pickup.
PROXIES: Proxies will be allowed only if the proxy is named in the order notes. The proxy is required to provide identification matching the order notes and showing they are 21.
SHIPPING: Shipping orders will be shipped out weekly every Wednesday. We are not a 24/7 shipping behemoth like Amazon, so please be patient. You will receive notification once your order is processed and picked up by our shipping carrier, and will receive your updated tracking information then.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Our current policy is to not provide refunds for online orders. This is done because inventory is managed closely and it is not fair to other purchasers to be denied an opportunity to purchase Products that are in limited quantity. Additionally, we are charged for all merchant fees at the time of purchase and cannot get these back. In the event of extenuating circumstances, our wonderful staff may elect to issue a refund to you for 90% of the purchase price, or exchange for a similar item.
