PICK-UP AND SALE LOCATION: UpCountry Brewery and Distillery is a small, local North Carolina beverage company with taprooms in both West Asheville and Brevard. You are visiting our online listing of products and you understand and agree that your online reservation of UpCountry Spirits is deemed to occur at the Asheville Taproom at 1042 Haywood Rd. Asheville, NC 28806.
LOCAL PICKUP: Online reservations may be picked up at the UpCountry Taproom in West Asheville within 1 hour. Please check our website for hours or operation. Bring your ID and order number with you for pickup.
PROXIES: Proxies will be allowed only if the proxy is named in the order notes. The proxy is required to provide identification matching the order notes and showing they are 21.
SHIPPING: Due to NC Law, we can not ship spirits directly from our distillery. Your online transaction occurs at our taproom at 1042 Haywood Rd., Asheville, NC 28806 and all orders must be picked up onsite.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Our current policy is to not provide refunds for online orders. This is done because inventory is managed closely and it is not fair to other purchasers to be denied an opportunity to purchase Products that are in limited quantity. Additionally, we are charged for all merchant fees at the time of purchase and cannot get these back. In the event of extenuating circumstances, our wonderful staff may elect to issue a refund to you for 90% of the purchase price, or exchange for a similar item.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol Products. You represent to us that you are indeed 21 or older. Someone over the age of 21 will be required to be present at the time of pickup. Currently all alcoholic beverages are not being shipped and must be picked up at our West Asheville Taproom.
